Love the idea of putting pepperoni in it. Made the mozzarella sticks, they turned out real nice. If I made the stuffed mushrooms/mozzarella sticks a day ahead (all perfectly cooked), do you know how long I would have to heat them up for to get the cheese nicely melted but without burning the crust? At what temperature and should I cover them with tinfoil to prevent them from drying out? Would appreciate if you could give me some tips. Thanks, Matt
