For One liter of milk, you have 3 eggs yolk, 1 whole egg, 450 g sugar, 300 g flour, 1 tsp extract vanilla, 1 tsp rhum. In my video I was baking 2 liters of milk because I sell them in my shop and I need 50 cannelés every day fresh baked. I wish you to success. Next recipe will be french crêpes, I work on it.
