   it is an obvious stereotype
   that makes it funnier
   reminds me of Sacha Baron Cohen’s character
   in Talladega Nights

    No worries. I respect that you are trying to succeed with comedy. I’m sorry if I’ve come across harsh, it’s just you show so much enthusiasm that it seems a shame when some of the ideas don’t quite come off. But i guess that’s inevitable sometimes. Best of luck in the future, I’ll be watching out for ya!

    Well, I don’t feel it’s boring or irritating, but it IS an obvious stereotype, on purpose. There is an idea that isn’t explored in this episode where the chef isn’t actually French, so the stereotype is on purpose. Thank you, however, for your compliments regarding the acting, and I’m going to look for original roles right now! haha.

    This is a boring and irritating take on a french stereotype, lacking wit and distinction. That said, the accent, particularly bearing in mine the actor is australian, is good. The acting is energetic, performed with gusto and aplomb, but the idea itself is very weak and the improvisation poor. I could perhaps see potential in this actor/writer if applied to a fresher, more original role.

    I didn’t find the jump cuts very annoying, but I still noticed them. Anyways: Jacques is awesome!

    Pretty cool, quite well made, The guy does a reasonablejob. The jump cuts are kinda painful though.

    Hilarious! I wish I had a copy of a Lilydale Chicken commercial from canada that I could reply with. The “chef” on that commercial has an accent very similar to jacques.
